Easily twice as bright and much whiter than stock halogen bulbs. Have used them in three different cars since they were introduced and average about 4 to 5 years before needing replacement.

I have all Silverstar bulbs (hi, low, and fog) both my Nissan 300zx TT and 3000gt with over 4 years of reliability. Major upgrade over stock, I've not had any issue with them blowing. I'm such a fan i'm putting the H4 version in my sport bike.

I purchased these bulbs and replaced them as pair when one of my OEM bulbs needed replacement. Within a month of replacement, my first Silverstar went off and in a week or two the second one followed suit. For the money that i paid, this bulb is a piece of work. I will never go with these bulbs again.
